Len Dugan has been assuring the legacy of CIR’s quality conscious culture by gradually handing over key leadership roles to his son, Ian Dugan. Ian recalls, as a boy, the thrill of joining his father at various roofing project sites. Ian came to deeply respect the traditions, attitudes and skills of roofing craftsmen to which he is now merging today’s technology and project management tools. His vision is to shape a business model that will continue to meet the needs of the growing Puget Sound business community and thrive into the future.
