The VUE – a Bellevue, WA mixed use high-rise building - CIR completed all below and above grade waterproofing details, air barrier - weather resistive barriers and roofing systems.  This project is a fine example of CIR’s ability to contribute to the performance of the entire building envelope.

GVA Kidder Matthews – Kent WA - CIR replaced over 500,000 square feet of roofing materials on several warehouses with state-of-the-art single ply membrane.  A fine example of coordinating reroofing activities to minimize building occupant inconvenience.

Kenworth Truck – Renton WA – CIR applied an environmentally friendly “cool-roof” white reflective coating and performed repairs to the existing black EPDM membrane, extending the life of the roof while dramatically cooling the interior of the plant for worker comfort during the warm summer months…
